<p><strong>Second:</strong> Set realistic approaches. The ability to focus and have the proper mindset allows someone on a diet to get rid of those extra pounds quickly. With disciplined and the proper mentality, a dieter will certainly not be discouraged and lose focus.</p>
<p><strong>Third: </strong>Listen to the body speaks. Each and everyone&#8217;s body type fat burning capacity reacts in a different way to different programs and speedy weight reduction plans. Try changing one program to another to compensate for the body&#8217;s response. Training program have to be tailored to your body type, for not everyone can exercise as rigorously as others can. If walking is all that can be completed, then go for it, it is proven the best physical exercise. Muscle mass uses up far more calories than fat, so it is best to put a little muscle and look great too.</p>
<p><strong>Fourth:</strong> Eat a lot more fibers, for it can make an individual full sooner and stays in the stomach longer, slowing digestion. A serving of whole grain bread moves fat through the digestive system more quickly. Grains change into blood sugar that spikes insulin level in the body. This helps make the body much more energized and ready to inform the body when it should stop burning fat or start storing.</p>
<p><strong>Fifth:</strong> Keep away from fried foods, especially deep fried, simply because it includes a lot of fat. Although fish and chicken appear leaner than beef, white meat can consist of far more fat than beef when fried. It is advisable for people with strict diet to opt for grilled food, for it consist of less fat after cooking.</p>
<p><strong>Sixth:</strong> Drink a lot of fluid. Drink at least six to eight glasses of water a day keeps the body cool and refreshed. Since weight loss is dependent on how waste from the body is eliminated, the body have to stay hydrated.</p>
<p>All in all, self-discipline and consistency is still the best practices and the key to triumph and fast weight loss. light diet, physical exercise, and the correct amount of supplementation applied on a regular basis everyday will lead to faster weight loss than massive action followed by a returning to old routines, because the body cannot keep up with the massive change. So pace yourself start with what your body can handle and then go from there.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">There are many myths around weight loss and even obesity. One of the most popular is that obese people simply eat too much. In most cases this is true. In some cases however obese individuals do not consume more food than people whose body weight is considered normal. Some eat so little that their metabolic rate slows down and starts the fat storage cycle in the body. There are also a series of hormonal and psychological factors that create conditions that lead to obesity and weight gain&#8230;.<span id="more-316"></span></p>
<p>Many people carry too much body fat without being clinically obese. These individuals may not even be overweight. I have measured the body fat of models who were rail thin yet had body fat readings over thirty percent. Many of these individuals claim to have healthy dietplans and participate in vigorous exercise, but their bodies to betray their beliefs.</p>
<p>If you are overweight, chances are great that you can manage the condition. Even with strong genetics toward excess fat storage, obesity in over ninety-five percent of obesity can be reversed with relatively simple lifestyle changes. Rarely is surgery or drugs a necessary alternative. Even when such an extreme is called for, lifestyle changes are still mandatory for long-term health and weight management.</p>
<p>New Rules</p>
<p>The book &#8220;Fight Club&#8221;, which was made into a movie in 1999, had an interesting way of banishing the half-hearted from their rather extreme but effective clique. One of the principle characters, Tyler Durden, offered the group a simple list of rules to follow. You were either in or out&#8211;there was no middle ground. I thought it would be humorous to share his do or die rules with you:</p>
<p>1.	You don&#8217;t ask questions.<br />
2.	You don&#8217;t ask questions. (repeated twice for emphasis)<br />
3.	No excuses.<br />
4.	No lies.<br />
5.	You have to trust Tyler.</p>
<p>Are you glad my name is not Tyler?</p>
<p>All kidding aside, the rules above have a bit of animal wisdom within them. While I am not advising you to cease asking questions (in fact, I advise the opposite when it comes to achieving life-long motivation), I am asking you to stop driving yourself crazy looking for the ideal dietplan and start applying practical guidelines like I will cover in The Every Other Day Dietplan. We all want that secret plan or magic pill that will end our weight loss woes. I will save you the suspense and tell you what you probably already know&#8211;it does not exist.</p>
<p>There is information that you currently do not know. Once revealed, that information can appear to have been a &#8220;secret&#8221;. In reality, a secret is just something you did not know a few seconds before it was revealed to you. Using that definition, you are about to learn many secrets. Some of them will go against conventional wisdom. I am asking for your open-minded consideration, and for you not to talk yourself out of beginning something new out of analysis paralysis.</p>
<p>If you do nothing but search and ask, you will never find and apply.</p>
<p>When folks pick up my book &#8220;The Every Other Day Dietplan&#8221;, I ask them to do one thing, first and foremost: Apply the principles. Do not just read it. I want you to do as Judge Reinhold&#8217;s character in Fast Times at Ridgemont High suggested&#8211;&#8221;Learn it. Know it. Live it.&#8221;</p>
<p>As for the &#8220;no excuses&#8221; and &#8220;no lies&#8221; bit, I think that stands on its own. We have made too many excuses in the past. We have lied to ourselves about our true desires as well. Think about it. Do you really &#8220;love&#8221; pizza&#8230;or do you love your family?</p>
<p>The small lies we tell ourselves can radically affect our subconscious mind. The subconscious knows no distinction between fact and fiction. The last thing you want to do is continually deceive yourself with seemingly innocent slang. You do not love pizza. You may enjoy pizza, for sure, but you cannot love it. Your subconscious can actually begin to respond to &#8220;loving pizza&#8221; and increase your craving for it (or any food) via the association it already has to the word &#8220;love&#8221;. After all, it is only natural to crave more of what we continually tell our minds we love.</p>
<p>Can you see the potential danger in self-deception, even when it appears innocent on the surface?</p>
<p>Likewise, you do not hate yourself. You are probably much like me. I hated my condition, but I loved myself enough to want to change it. I did not have my self. Doesn&#8217;t this sound more like the truth to you?</p>
<p>Try saying this out-loud:</p>
<p>&#8220;I love myself so much that I now demand a life of health, vitality, and leanness!&#8221;</p>
<p>That is the truth! That is what you really want. No more lies and no more excuses. They just fuel the fires that burn in troubled hills.</p>
<p>As far as trust is concerned, all I ask is that you trust that little voice inside. This is the voice of reason that can often be muted by the noise of our daily lives and our pre-programmed answers that are more denial than fact. You can trust that I have been where you are and have helped thousands get to where you want to go. But I do not know all the answers. No one does.</p>
<p>What I do know is how to help you discover the answers that work best for you. Using the guidelines within this book, you can find most, if not all of those answers. You can put an end to the excuses and the self-deception.</p>
<p>You can start to enjoy life again. And, you can start today.</p>

<p>Avoid &#8220;I&#8217;m Not in the Mood&#8221; with Some Libido-Lifting Tips</p>
<p>Tell me if you can relate to the following experience:<span id="more-291"></span></p>
<p>A long week of work has finally reached its end.  Sure, the week was difficult, but the main reason for its lengthiness was due to anticipation &#8212; anticipation of what the weekend held in store.</p>
<p>All weekends are great.  But this weekend was billed to be WAY above average.  Why? Because you were spending it with your significant other, away from it all, in one of the finest of hotels your city has to offer.  And if a little bit of luck was on your side, it would turn out to be one of the more memorable &#8220;experiences&#8221; of a lifetime &#8212; ahem, if you know what I mean (and I think you do).</p>
<p>Turns out, things didn&#8217;t go as planned.  The hotel was great, and the decor was to die for, but The Five Dreaded Words were spoken, the ones that always put the kibosh on a romantic night of lovemaking:  &#8220;I&#8217;m not in the mood.&#8221;</p>
<p>Each one of us have either felt or heard these words spoken before, and whether you&#8217;re the giver or the receiver, it&#8217;s never pleasant.  Sex is a HUGE part of a relationship, and when opportunities for lovemaking go by the wayside, it frequently diminishes forthcoming opportunities &#8212; whether it&#8217;s due to fear of the same thing happening again, or the lowering of expectations.</p>
<p>The key, of course, is to have that &#8220;motivation&#8221; within you at all times so those Five Dreaded Words are never spoken.  Here&#8217;s a small helping of ways in which to keep your libido lifted so you can avoid the 5DW :</p>
<p>Diet</p>
<p>Skeptics argue that keeping one&#8217;s libido lifted through diet is a self-fulfilling prophecy; in other words, if you think almonds or chocolate will lift your libido, odds are good they will.</p>
<p>But scientific evidence &#8212; not psychosomatic hogwash &#8212; suggests that certain foods do, indeed, lift one&#8217;s libido.  For example, a study from Southwestern University found that coffee beans lift the libido of females.  For men, the love-lifting libation is tea, specifically Damiana tea. Alternative health expert Dr. Sarah Brewer says the ingredient responsible for increasing male libido in this tea is called gonzalitosin.  This ingredient sends a tingling sensation to the penis.</p>
<p>As a man, all I can say is, &#8220;Say no more!&#8221;</p>
<p>Supplements</p>
<p>Supplementing with vitamins and minerals are, hopefully, a normal part of your daily regimen, but specific supplements provide a great boost to your sex drive.  Take St. John&#8217;s Wort as an example.</p>
<p>St. John&#8217;s Wort has a multitude of benefits &#8212; from improving one&#8217;s mood to improving one&#8217;s mind &#8212; and those benefits can be found in the bedroom.  Because of its mood-improving properties, studies have shown that 60 percent of people formerly uninterested in sex regained their interest after taking St. John&#8217;s Wort.</p>
<p>Care for two more?  Try ginseng and gingko biloba on for size (and no, I don&#8217;t mean that kind of size).  Ginseng is one of the earliest herbs to be widely marketed in the United States, and it&#8217;s taken by millions of people regularly for the natural boost of energy it provides.  So for people whose energy levels leave them pooped time comes for whoopee, ginseng is just the thing.</p>
<p>As for gingko biloba, this oddly-named herb stimulates blood flow throughout the body and brain (which explains why it&#8217;s taken by those who have a hard time remembering things).  As blood flow improves its flow throughout the body, it serves as the perfect elixir for those who have a hard time getting a, shall we say, &#8220;hard on.&#8221;</p>
<p>Research published in the Journal of Sex Education and Therapy found that men who took gingko biloba regularly were able to maintain erections after six months (granted, gingko biloba is not an overnight healer, but the improvement took place, and it took place without the negative side effects that always accompany male impotency drugs).</p>
<p>A low libido may feel like something that&#8217;s out of your hands; something that will come back on its own in its own due course.  That may be the case, but more often than not, it can be through our every-day actions and lifestyle.</p>

<p>Hanna enjoys it… and she brings a Middle Eastern flair to some really boring fitness/bodybuilding foods that I want to share with you today.</p>
<p>Here’s just two quick tips from Hanna on making the ultimate in “boring” foods — egg whites and tuna (yuck) — taste incredible.</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>

<p><strong>TIP 1:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Lively Egg White Omelette</strong></p>
<p>Let’s face facts:  Egg whites suck. At least that’s what I USED to think until Hanna decided to experiment with my morning omelette.</p>
<p>Now I eat this stuff like it was candy.</p>
<p>Here’s what she does:</p>
<p>1. She cooks the veggies separate from the egg whites. You’d think this would be common sense, but I never did it and I’ve seen a lot of people just toss it all in together.</p>
<p>2. Add 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil with 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil to the veggies. This alone improved the taste tremendously.</p>
<p>3. Add 1/2 egg yolk to the veggies after cooking for 1 minute. This, again, is primarily for taste.</p>
<p>4. Garlic!  If you love garlic, here’s your chance. Garlic ROCKS in egg white omelets.</p>
<p>5. Use Pam or another non-stick spray for the egg whites and cook them like you would a normal omelette. Then pour the almost-cooked veggies in the middle. Do the omelette dance.</p>
<p>6. Here’s the SECRET SAUCE… literally. This will sound nuts until you try it:</p>
<p><em>Shrimp Cocktail Sauce</em></p>
<p>Okay… Hanna’s bright, but this was an accident. She thought it was salsa. But I’ve NEVER gone back to salsa after stumbling on this incredible treat! I have no idea why it tastes so good, but it makes the omelette.</p>
<p>Try these tips and see if your egg white omelette doesn’t become your favorite meal of the day.</p>
<p><strong>TIP 2:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Canned Tuna Extraordinaire</strong></p>
<p>Again, I have the lovely Hanna to thank for this.</p>
<p>Like egg whites, I used to HATE canned tuna. Now, again, I can eat this every night without complaint.</p>
<p>Here’s what she does:</p>
<p>She cooks the veggies the same way as in the omelette above and then pours the tuna from the can into a skillet. That’s IT.</p>
<p>I’ve never had “tuna ala skillet” before… and I have no clue why this tastes so smooth and delicious, but it does.</p>
<p>If you hate canned tuna for being dry or tasteless, try this. You’ll never go back.</p>
